For this solo exhibition of artist Laercio Redondo, where photographs and a video work discussed the question of collective memory and its erasure, a series of black painted surfaces – squares & large stripes in different sizes – contrasted with the white cube of the gallery space.
Through this seemingly simple action, new directions and focal points surged, which directed the visitors´ attention to the exhibited works and their missing links.
